Shopping Cart</h1> $136.00 -- The very unique formulation of TUF-TOP SILICONE ACRYLIC SEALER allows for deep penetration into concrete to give very long lasting color and protection. <img src="https://store.nexternal.com/dpd/images/silicone-acrylic-waterrepel3.jpg" align="right" alt="Tuf Top Silicone Acrylic Concrete Sealer" name="Tuf Top Silicone Acrylic Concrete Sealer" border="0" hspace="10" /> TUF-TOP SILICONE ACRYLIC WATER REPELLENT SEALER is a very durable, deep penetrating, solvent-based water repellent sealer for use on concrete driveways, garages, walkways, pool decks, patios, vertical and split face block, masonry walls, and any concrete surface that needs  protection and beautification. Old, stained, unslightly are easily transformed into very attractive areas with TUF-TOP SEALER. Preparation and application Instructions Bare Concrete (1). Make sure the concrete is sound and not crumbling, and that there are no sealers, curing compunds, water repellents or old coatings onthe surface.(2). Scrub all grease and oil spots with TSP or other strong detergent, rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed. (3). Kill all mold, mildew and algae with bleach and rinse thoroughly.(4). Pressure wash the surface thoroughly to remove all embedded dirt and loose material.5. Acid etch the concrete with a solution of 2 parts water to 1 part muriatic acid and apply evenly to the surface. Do not brush or broom the acid, allow to remain undisturbed for 15-20 minutes. Pressure wash or rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and pressure. Repeat the above until a medium (100grit) sandpaper texture is achieved is achieved.   Allow the surface to dry a minimum of 24 hours under favorable conditions. (6). Make sure the surface is completely dry, and free from any chalk, dust, dirt or  other contaminants.  Aplly the first coat generously, work the coating into the surface thoroughly to prevent penetration bubbles.  Allow to dry 24 hours under favorable conditions. (7). Apply a second coat full strength, again, working the coating into the surface.
